Sales Coordinator

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE
The purpose of the Sales Coordinator role is to support the sales team in all admin related works including but not limited to the management and handling of all contracting topics, agreements, support the follow ups of sales topics and reply emails and enquiries.
The person is also responsible for the collection, recording and reporting of sales figures and other data to monitor the company’s business and performance and the handling of any organizational needs of the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
• Manage the whole contracting process in its full scope
• Handling and updating any kind of sales reports when required
• Develop, manage and administer sales dashboard and recording of sales figures on a daily basic proactively.
• Manage corporate documents (work flows / SOPs… etc)
• Handle sales enquiries under advices of sales supervisor and liaise with reservation team on processing.
• Admin and processes any accounting related documents (payment, invoices, agreements etc)
• Handle and coordinate sales agreement and liaise with reservation team on processing
• Perform any other duty relevant to this role in addition to supporting the sales and marketing team and any other departments as deemed necessary to fulfill the business requirements of the company.
• Co-ordinate topics with all offices of Heritage Line
• Arrange meetings/ appointment/ travel arrangements for sales team
• Other duties and tasks assigned by DOSM / HBD

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality
• Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role in sales or sales services (preferred at hospitality)

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent – Written and spoken English
• Excellent – Written and spoken Vietnamese
• Very good - MS Office (Word ,Excel, Outlook, Power point)
• Very good – Communication (written and spoken)
• Good – CRM systems
• Basic accounting knowledge
• A good team worker with an open personality

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (if any)
• Flexibility to work overtime sometimes
• Ability to work under pressure
• Very accurate and detailed
