Sales Coordinator (English Language - Urgent) - Nhân Viên Điều Phối Kinh Doanh

JOB POSITION: STAFF
JOB LEVEL: MORE THAN 1-YEAR WORKING EXPERIENCE

SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE/COMPETITIVE

DESCRIPTIONS:
* External: customer and factory about production plus shipment communications and quality assurance
* Internal: sales coordinators/team leader/KR team members/managers

Details:
1. Daily work with 2 sides: factory and norminated couriers/forwarders for domestic or overseas shipments with on-time delivery.
Làm việc 2 bên: nhà máy và cty chuyển phát nhanh/cty vận chuyển để giao hàng cho các lô hàng trong nước hoặc nước ngoài theo đúng tiến độ.

2. Daily communicate with handbag factories for finalized shipment quantities and shipment schedules for released shipment docs.
Thường xuyên giao tiếp với các nhà máy túi xách về số lượng và lịch trình giao hang để gửi chứng từ giao hang phù hợp.

3. Daily update the latest shipment deliveries for accuracy payments into the system.
Cập nhật thông tin giao hàng hóa theo thông tin mới nhất cho phần thanh toán chính xác.

4. Daily update FG inspection quantities.
Cập nhật số lượng cắt kiểm.

5. Daily monitoring the production and inspection schedules of the factory for on-time shipments
Giám sát lịch sản xuất và cắt kiểm của nhà máy để bảo đảm lịch giao hang đúng tiến độ.

6. Follow up and assist in conveying quality assurance standards, inspection criteria, and production safety checkpoints requested by the client.
Theo dõi và truyền đạt những thông tin về tiêu chuẩn đảm bảo chất lượng, tiêu chí cắt kiểm, và các hạng mục đảm bảo an toàn sản xuất theo đúng yêu cầu của khách hàng đến cho nhà máy

7. Collaborate in communicating with the factory quickly and effectively about Production and Quality Improvement plans of non-comformance issues
Phối hợp liên hệ với nhà máy một cách nhanh chóng, và hiệu quả về các kế hoặc cải thiện quy trình/chất lượng sản xuất hàng hoá khi phát hiện có vấn đề xảy ra

8. Check and update data of raw material/FG stocks from the factory/the team as requested

9. Other tasks as assigned by the managers
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ cần thiết khác được đưa ra từ người quản lý.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must:
a. Main major: A related bachelor’s in Economics/English/Business Administration or related background with MORE THAN ONE-YEAR working experience in related field.
b. English language skills: from intermediate to upper intermediate (full 4 skills: listening, speaking, and writing)

2. Preferred soft skills:
+ Computer skills with MS Office: from intermediate
+ Interpersonal/communication skills: upper intermediate
+ Management and execution skills (decision making, planning, organizing, well-detailed, and problem-solving): upper intermediate

3. Preferred others:
+ Working independently and as a team with less supervision
+ Working to deadlines and under pressure with multi-tasks
+ Having good senses of responsibility, enthusiasm, logics, and discipline
+ Well-adapted, healthy, hard-working, enthusiastic, active, and a “cool” mind
+ Customer focus and “can-do” attitude/optimistic
+ Willingness to travel as the business needs
WORKING TIME: 08AM – 05PM, from Mon to Sat (lunch break: 12:00PM-13:30PM)
