We are a leading international Legal and Immigration company operating in Asia with offices in Malta, Cyprus, Vietnam, China, Singapore and Montenegro.
We are seeking the services of a highly motivated, smart, individual to take the post within our company to create and build new sales channels:
*JOB DESCRIPTION
- Cold calling from the company’s client database;
- Conduct research and approach potential clients with the aim to present and sell services and expand company's business network, mainly by telephone, email and face-to face meetings;
- Identify sales prospects to contact, prepare your personal action plan and schedules to identify specific targets and to project results;
- Identify and resolve client concerns; Provide regular follow up on enquiries received;
- Update the companies CRM and Sales Pipeline systems
- Support existing partners under guidance of Line Manager; conduct and partake in seminars;
- Follow the Business Development Strategy and any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company
- Opportunities to travel overseas

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Very Sales focused and result-orientated;
- Excellent cold calling skills;
- Determined and able to learn quickly about the Investment Immigration Industry and the services offered to clients;
- Demonstrate fluent ability to build rapport with prospects and clients quickly and in a professional and courteous manner;
- Proactive and have mature demeanor;
- Self-development, independent and patient;
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow; work under high pressure to achieve goals, work proactively, fast correctly and efficiently;
- Excellent communication, presentation & strong interpersonal skills;
- Organised and have an eye for detail, analytical & sales skills;
- Be assertive, agile, a team player, and a service attitude;
- Honest, hardworking and reliable;
- Previous experience in Real Estate sales position or related industry;
- Good command of written & spoken English and Vietnamese
- To be motivated by excellent commissions on sales
- Willing to travel;
