Sales Chief - Trưởng Nhóm Kinh Doanh (FDI Company)

We are a 100% Japanese own enterprise. For expanding our new business, we are in urgent need of Chief Sales.

Duties:

* Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team, designer and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
* Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Main task:
- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team.
- Responsibility for "New product plan", 4M2S, ECO…
- Check quotation, FAI, drawing, BOM, Norm…
- Make KPI, daily, monthly reports to manager.
- In charge of Sales Engineer job in case by case.
- Follow request from Manager

Job requirement:
- Graduated from University
- At least 3 years experience in Sales or BD or related position
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- Problem-solving and planning skill
- Good command of English
