Mô tả công việc

• Training Needs Analysis and Planning: Carry out periodic and timely training need analysis as per the business requirement using the various tools and instruments to measure the levels of knowledge and skills within the CCBPM and feedback from the sales team; Develop the training calendar and content for the sales regions based on the identified needs.
• Program development and implementation: Design and develop customized training modules and training solutions to suit the specific and generic needs of the organization; facilitate training of employees and intermediaries as per the training calendar.
• Recruitment and Certification: Monitor process adherence for Recruitment of Sales Reps, Certification of Sales Reps, Sales Team Leads and assessment centers sales team along-with HR.
• Review and Reporting: Track spending of training budget; report capability scores and related data as well as skill level tracker in specified format to Corporate; share best practices with other zones; monitor Red Trackers/OJT’s and PJP schedules by capability and sales team to ensure compliance as per the norms set in capability plans, carry out sample check on SOP compliance and report to zonal sales team; track, with the help of Channel teams, RED Outlet numbers are enrolled as per norms; develop improvement plans for areas lagging behind in RED
• People Management: With help of HR recruit people into the team, provide coaching and facilitate training of the trainers, monitor the performance, carry out career management and succession planning of Capability team.

• Customer Management
• Financial / Business Metrics Understanding
• Market Execution Knowledge and Experience
• People Management and Leadership
• Sales Management and Selling Skills
• Graduate / MBA in Sales and Marketing
• 3-5 years of work experience in sales and commercial role at least part of it as management
• English and local language both written and verbal skills
• Working knowledge of MS office
