• Reaching out to the customers and partners via email and phone on a consistent basis
• Providing a consultative and proactive process to producing renewal quotes
• Finding new and creative ways to show how the product can help the client achieve their goals
• Resolve customer inquiries by aligning customers with the right resources
• Showing high attention to details while making the offers and processing incoming purchase orders
• To be able to represent product new features
• Invest in relationships with customers
