Job Description:
• Handling and controlling orders from customer: checking and finding out accurate item codes, then processing purchase order on owned system (Register Item, Price, Consignee…..)
• Informing estimated production lead time, making quotation and contract
• Being bridge between factory and customer to make sure that orders are produced on confirmed schedule
• Negotiate and settle priority orders, vessel schedule
• Follow up and update production status, vessel schedule
• Prepare import / export shipping document for customer and closely follow up to ensure delivery to customer on time
• Follow up and collect payment every month
• Receive and respond all request, claim from customer after sales

Job Description:
