The Number of recruiting employee: 5
Chinese speaking candidate (3 persons)
English speaking candidate (2 persons)
- Received POs and input to system from assigned customers.
- Control and Plan delivery for assigned customers. Making shipment booking for the planned delivery.
- Prepare shipping document for the planned delivery.
- Prepared and submit quotation to customers.
- Reply assigned customer enquiries.
- Prepare shortage list for each assigned customer and push for delivery internally.
- Ensure that monthly sales figures are updated and targets are achieved.
- Checked, confirmed and collect payment from customers.
- Buying price and selling price maintenance.
- Prepare PSI for making purchases.
- Reports, other documents and any task that requested by the sales or management.

- Computer skills: Good at Excel.
- Can accept to rotate jobs if requirement.
- CV applied in Chinese/ or English.
