Sales Assistant Manager

1. Supervising/controlling/ coaching/ training / in charge of sales staffs following Korean manager’s instruction.
2. Assist manager to perform the Sales activities
3. Contacting customers about cargo planning, controlling planning, deploying orders, delivering goods, exporting goods to customers
4. Managing purchase order & material status, update it and send production department
5. Making report basing on daily & weekly sale summary.
6. Planning and controlling inventory, finished goods, and quantity of exported goods
7. Report and handle issues, negotiate and maintain relationships with customers
8. Prepare reports on debt situation and support sales staff to control customer debts

1. Foreign language skill (Compulsory)
- English (Fluently in Speaking/ writing/ listening & daily communication)
- Others: Korean (Good at speaking, writing, listening, and daily communication) depend on Job requirement.
2. Experience (Compulsory)
- At least 3 years in related field (Assistant manager up)
3. Background/ Knowledge
- Business Administration/ Economics/ English ....

- University Degree

- Trouble shooting skill: Determine causes of operating errors & deciding what to do about it.
- Judgment & decision making: Considering the relative costs & benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
- Management skill: Resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.
- PC skill: Word, Excel, Power point
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Logical thinking, ability to analyze and solve good problems
- Being able to withstand high work pressure
