Mô tả công việc

*JOB PURPOSE:

- Manage and develop industry sales team to accelerate global industry strategy then achieve sales budget

*KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute Sales activities with team member and guide them that aligned with Global Industry strategy to achieve target. In order to increase total sale.
• KPI: Achievement of Area Group 10K customers target sale.

2. Follow up every month progress and set countermeasure if there are gap in order to fulfill activities plan.
Work with ATC (Automation Technical Center, & Technical Support members indirectly to Improve or modify PoC (Proof of concept)
along with Global Industry Strategy to generate bigger opportunity rather just a component discussing with customer. In order to enlarge busies
opportunity to invite customer top management and discuss in from t of our solution idea machines.

3. Coordinate with other engineering (Sales Engineer& Application Engineer), Customer services teams, Supply Chain Team when necessary to ensure effective collaboration among all parties to bring best result in order to to maximize internal resources
to expand sale. • KPI: Achievement of Area Group 10K customer target sale

4. Keep track on market trend & competitors in order to support for sales activities, action plan.

5. Work follow the assignment by Managing Director and company.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

* Academic & Professional Qualifications : University graduated in Electronics & Electrical, Automation is a plus.

* Achievements & Experience: At least 05 year experience in both technical, Automation.

* Core Functional Knowledge :
- Electrical
- Automation

* Important Skills & Behavioral Competencies :
- Good Communication skill
- Good Presentation skill
- Good Negotiation skill
- Result oriented
- Business Acumen
- Integrity/Active/ Enthusiasm/ Self-motivated/ Teamwork/Positive attitude

*Language, computer and other skills: Proficiency in Microsoft office.
