Mô tả công việc
- Following up the shipping documents after sales
- Translating sales contracts/required documents/market information to Vietnamese
- Updating new buyer’s information after sales
- Requesting samples from indicated shippers and sending the same to buyers
- Pushing the process of LC opening, amendments, shipments, documents by coordinating with international shippers and buyers.
- Contacting shipping lines to check free time as well as related information for providing shippers/buyers accordingly
- Pushing payments of commission, loss/gain weight after cargo clearance process
- Other tasks as line manager's request

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated the first class University in Viet Nam and international business major is preferred.
- Proficiency in English in writing, speaking, reading and listening
- Experience in Import-export/textile field or well-understanding in Incoterms 2010/UCP/ISBP is preferred.
- Good in computer using skill: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Internet, Outlook etc
- Negotiating and presenting skill
- Flexible problem-solving skill
- Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines
- Operations management
- Willing to work overtime regularly
