Mô tả công việc
- Provide the highest levels of administrative support across the proposal lifecycle, including supporting pre-positioning activities, both in the home office and in the field;
- Involved in all phases of operational planning and expenditures, costing and sales reporting;
- Maintains promotional database by inputting invoice and bill-back data;
- Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries;
- Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports;
- Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials;
- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement;
- Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
- Follow up the customers VIP contracts & Loyalty contracts
- Calculating the Incentive discount of VIP & Loyalty customer on monthly basis & timely
- Consolidating the Sales target by DSM/MR , comparing actual vs target on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Other duties may be assigned by NSM

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Education:
- University Graduated (5 years of higher education in Business Administration/Economic)
- Proficiency in English (French is preferable)
* Work experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience strongly preferred;
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical Company
* Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and working knowledge of ERP systems.
