- Follow up purchasing/ sales order
- Handling Import/ Export for tolling business (processing for overseas)
- Prepare and check Purchasing/ Sales documents (Contract, Invoice, Packing list, B/L, C/O, Delivery note and other docs…)
- Follow up AR and AP related to purchase/sales activities
- Input data into ERP system
- Keep contact with customers/suppliers
- Other jobs as directed by management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from college / university
- Basic MS office skill
- More than 2 years of related experience is referable
- Good at English/ Chinese
- Knowledge about Import/Export procedures
- Working in Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Zone, preferable candidates living in Dong Nai, having a car to pick up from Dist. 2, Ho Chi Minh City
