Sales and Project Management Assistant

Job Purpose:
• Assisting Sales & Project Management Deputy Managers/Manager in market research, business development as well as executing marketing plans for international partners in the fields of Fire Fighting & Rescue and Security & Defense.

Brief Job Description:
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers of Sales & Project Management Division for the market research, establishment of partnerships and implementation of marketing activities for world leading manufacturers of life-protection and safety products and services in areas of Fire Fighting & Rescue and Security & Defense
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers of Sales & Project Management Division to coordinate with other divisions to develop and proceed sales plan as well as to manage the implementation of projects to meet the Company's objectives in the areas of Fire Fighting & Rescue and Security & Defense;

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers of Sales & Project Management Division in researching and identifying market trends and improve product marketability and profitability in the sectors of Fire Fighting & Rescue and Security & Defense
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers of Sales & Project Management Division in seeking for potential manufacturers with related top-quality products then establish exclusive partnership with them in Vietnam.
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers in building up and managing database for new manufacturers including their marketing materials, pricing document, legal document and the current status of partnership between them and NDTC Trading.
- Occasionally coordinate with manufacturers of whom the Assistant is charge to archive updated information and related input for specific Projects as well as maintain good relationship with these partners.
- Arrange meetings between NDTC Trading and new manufacturers on their visits to NDTC Trading’s head office.
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers in executing marketing plans for new products using traditional and digital marketing materials as well as doing product training / presentations to related customers.
- Coordinate with Manager and Deputy Managers of Sales & Project Management Division, Marketing Manager/Executive and IT Officers to maintain and regularly update the Company’s websites and publications;
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers to coordinate with related partners to clarify inquiries, provide quotations, facilitate the negotiations and contract signing procedures;
- Assist Manager and Deputy Managers of Sales & Project Management Division to coordinate with other divisions to develop and proceed sales plan as well as to manage the implementation of projects to meet the Company's objectives in the areas of Fire Fighting & Rescue and Security & Defense;
- Responsible to other case-by-case tasks assigned by Manager and Deputy Managers of Sales & Project Management Division;

Qualification and skills required:
- Vietnamese citizens who are presently living in Vietnam;
- Young, Bright, Creative, "out-of-the-box" Thinker;
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated;
- Trusted and long term commitment;
- Passionate in sales and trading in specific fields like Fire Fighting & Rescue, Security & Defense;
- Fluent in speaking and writing in business English and Vietnamese is a must;
- Networking oriented, proactive problem solvers, and strong communication skills with optimistic and positive attitude;
- Bachelor Degree in International Sales/Trading/Business Administration;
- At least one (01) year of experience in B2B sales/trading/import/marketing.
