This is an excellent oportunity to join a global footwear technical components group, for its newly opened 100% subsidiary company.

We are searching a Sales and Operations Manager able to lead and expand the company across Vietnamese market. The candidate should be responsible of implementing the group's business strategy in terms of revenue, sales, margins and market penetration.

As a senior manager, the candidate should be responsible for:

- Strategic planning for long and short term company needs
- Key account management and customer relations, both with the footwear factories and the global brands.
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of the company
- Supply chain planning to properly manage stocks of the company
- Human resources, recruitment and team management

Due to the highly interconection with neighbour countries, travel may also be required.

We are searching a senior candidate, highly qualified, with deep experience and network in the footwear business in Vientam.

He or She should be able to work in a multinational environment, in a fast and dynamic company

We expect a self driven person, capable of working with authonomy and determination.

A good command in English, writen and spoken is required
