Sales And Marketing Specialist

- Be good knowledge, connection and background in materials.
- Be responsible for developing and building sales & channel for materials product in assigned territories.
- Introducing and consulting for the new customer about the company’s services as well as the promotion program (if any).
- Communicate frequently with customers as required to develop a good working relationship that maximizes the opportunity to extend services provided
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Training and supporting for the new sales staffs.
- Closely coordinate with relevant departments in following-up orders, contracts, payment process and debt collection of sales.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Building the strategy to develop member of new dealers to follow KPIs in each area to strengthen the network as well as increase the market share
- Some job relative to Marketing: survey the market, make the brand name more strong in mind, sourcing new product…
- Making monthly, quarterly report to the Director about the market situation, the competitor movement, the demand of the customer, potential inquiries.

- Male / Female, 25-30 years old
- College / University degree in relevant fields (economics, business, logistics studies, customer services, ...)
- At least 2 years of experiences in related fields
- Knowledge of customer services - logistics.
- Be able to communicate fluently in English or Chinese.
- Must be proficient in Words, Microsoft Excel, Emailing.
