Sales and Marketing Representative for Vietnam Office (Only Female)

* Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Representative acts as the front line of A & B Chemical Corporation offices (HANOI and HOCHIMINH) in Vietnam and is often the position that clients speak with when interfacing with our Vietnam office. Working as a team member, and cooperating with Taiwan headquarter colleagues, the position serves as a dedicated professional who can effectively utilize his/her resources,talent to search and develop potential clients, and respond to clients’ inquiries accurately and thoroughly and maintain clients.

* Essential Functions:
1. Search, respond and develop potential client’s inquiries accurately and thoroughly and maintaining both new and old clients.
2. Actively acquire in-depth knowledge of A & B Chemical Corporation’s products, and promote it to current/ potential clients to close deals/transactions.
3. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as appropriate or as assigned by the Chief representative, managers and Head office.

* Place of work: Either Hochiminh or Hanoi office.

* Renumeration: Negotiable during interview.

* Qualifications:
1) FEMALE, at least having minimum 2 years – maximum 3 years sales/marketing experience. Candidates having sales & marketing experiences related to chemical/petrochemical/plastics/polymers will be given priority.
2) Graduate of Business Administration, International trading or Chemical related degree will be given the priority.
3) Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Vietnamese is compulsory and knowledge of either English or Mandarin language will be a plus factor to be given priority.
4) Strong ability to handle customers with poise, professionalism, and always possess a positive working attitude.
5) Having a strong prioritization, planning ,organizing and analytical skills required.
6) Possess professional communication and customer interaction skills, with experience hunting for business, negotiating, and closing sales for those with previous work experience.
7) Flexible with and adaptable to change and multiple demands. Must work well under pressure and with time demands.
8) Highly self motivated and have the ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
