Sales and Marketing Manager for House wares and Furniture Business

We are looking for a dynamic sales and marketing manager for this award winning and innovative business. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy for Vietnam and overseas and bringing in new customers. We want someone with a proven track record who can demonstrate their ability in long term customer care and development. Good package will reward a motivated and successful Manager. Excellent spoken and written English is required. Place of work District 9.

- Responsible for all activities of business, Marketing, PR of the company.
- Plan, organize and administer effective business activities to realize the business objectives of the company.
- Develop year, month, quarterly and weekly plans for Sales & Marketing Department. Implement and monitor implementation to achieve the set objectives.
- Set up strategies and programs for business, marketing and PR to conquer the market.
- Coordinate with other departments in the company to enforce business profit optimization measures.
- Research, develop and deploy new products and services to increase revenue and profit, develop brand for the company.
- Building a system of scientific customer data, building systems and measures to maintain and develop long-term and good relationships with customers and partners of the company.
- Organizing effective customer service.
- Handling problems and crises in business relations, customers and partners.
- Consult the company leaders on the market situation, operational directions and implementation programs, plan business development each year in accordance with the development strategy of the company, set up the system measures to prevent and handle crisis.
- Participate in and organize bidding for contracts, signing and monitoring economic contracts.
- Research on economic environment, socio-politics, competitors, customers.
- Other related contents at the request of the Board of Directors.

- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- The ability to behave flexibly, convey, express ideas is accurate, concise, easy to understand.
- Experience in digital sales and marketing.
- Experience in high quality furniture business.
- Experience in advertising domestic and foreign products.
- Experience in participating in domestic and foreign fairs.
- Computers: good. Priority for candidates to know about photoshop, AutoCAD ....
- Foreign language: good at English (reading, writing, listening and speaking). Priority for candidates who know a lot of foreign languages
