Department: Admission
Reports To: Admission Director
Job Purpose
- Oversee Sales activities at centers
- Liaise Between Sales and Marketing
Working Relationships: Internal: SUV staff
External: SUV customer and students
Responsibilities
Oversea Sales activities at centers:
- Work with Center Managers and Center people to keep track on sales performance
- Prepare schedules and tasks for Admission Director including coordinating meetings within and across departments
- Provide instant support for sales related tasks
Liaise Between Sales and Marketing
- Distribute and manage information between Sales and Marketing Departments
- In charge of sales promotion proposal and promotion registration to government
- Coordinate to produce and distribute sales materials
- Coordinate to organize sales and marketing events/seminars/activations
Provide Reports:
- Daily update on numbers of sales performance and Marketing performance
- Provide weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports

1 Qualifications
- University graduate with Economics, Finance & Accounting or Marketing Degree
2 Experience, Skills and Competences
- At least 2 years working at Professional Assistant or Project Coordinator position
- High proficiency in all English skills, data analysis (working with complex data system and reports)
- Good at organization skills to collaborate and manage multiple people and departments to achieve desired results
- High level of problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic and eager to meet challenges
- Able to work independently towards deadline and under pressure
Language: Advance in English (Verbal and writing)
Computer: Good at excel, word, ppt,…
