Sales and Application Specialist - Dentistry

A rapidly expanding dentistry medical device company is seeking a talented Sales and Application Specialist in Ho Chi Minh City to take on a sales role.

About the Sales and Application Specialist role:
You will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions and in charge of managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfil quantitative requirements under the leadership and supervision of superior, and independently handle his/her own tasks
- Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients through professional consultancy by means of presentation, training, workshop etc.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity, identify sales prospects and establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
- Follow up on trial by end users and their feedback, and assist in marketing events
- Communicate with dealers’ file verification, and ensure timely completion of dealers’ target
- Handle product return and customer complaints, and track customer orders and payment

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:
- College’s degree or above, preferred in stomatology related discipline
- At least two years' relevant working experience in multinational companies, dental products sales experience preferred
- Excellent command of presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Proactive and strong can-do mindset
- With strong analytical thinking
- Willingness to work under pressure
