- Strategy management: Preparing strategy by month (by brand) to improve sales or activity status
- Sales target management (by cat):
. Balance target by brand in cat to ach target from company
. Setting target by center/province/office/salesman
. Balance to set up target reasonable
- Market field:
. By schedule of plan, must go field to see, check, innovate strategy during month, and sales action of cat.
. Feedback to manager/sales team what is focusing and innovate this month and next step
- SPM meeting: Prepare content after focusing in month to make strategy and sales target plan
- Report: Right time and follow principle of department

- 02 male/female, age from 22 - 30
- Bachelor degree, major relate to economics
- Strong excel, data analysis, communication skills
- Love sales
- Can work under high pressure
- Ready to go market tour regularly
- Work place: Orion - Head Office, Pear Plaza, Binh Thanh Dist, HCMC
- Work time: Mon-Fri (8:00AM - 5:30PM), Sat (8:00AM - 12:00PM)
- Bachelor degree, major relate to economics
