Mô tả công việc

* Objective: To manage and develop profitable sales in the assigned region through appointed accounts and to seek and make recommendations on potential new business opportunities within the region.

* Scope of Role:
The selected candidate will be expected to perform the following roles
Sales:
• Build daily route, weekly plan, monthly plan, quarterly plan and sales targets
• Manage the Sales team towards achieving the assigned region’s sales objectives for the entire range of IBVN’s products.
• Responsible for achieving sales target, KPIs.
• Ensure payment of receivables in a timely.
• Build the best display of products in comparison with competitors
• Forecast sales monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Develop market in assigned area
• Make negotiations with customers on display, promotion programs
• Advise Managers in building sales policy, trade marketing plan.

Trade Marketing:
• Update price of competitors monthly, quarterly as requested
• Summarize information on promotion programs of competitors
• Follow up and implement the programs/ campaigns; get feedback from customers to make programs effective
• Create and maintain good relationship with customers; supervise the database on customer management
• Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately
• Analysis outlet’s performance & PG’s performance

• 2+ years’ experience in Sales & Trade Marketing role- preferably within alcohol drinks industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good influencing skills
• Working well under pressure, independently
• Hard-working, dynamic and high sense of responsibilities
• Teamwork, disciplined working spirits
• Understand Vietnam alcohol/ beverage market clearly
• Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email
• Conversant in both English and Vietnamese (conversational & writing)
