Mô tả công việc
• Identify, prospect, develop and increase new customer portfolio
• Identify and develop trade lane management
• Identify volumes and sales targets
• Plan customer visits for existing and new clients
• Develop and build strong customer relationship management for existing and new clients
• Increase revenue and gross profit growth for the customers handled
• Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations
• Handle customer complaints and disputes
• Analyse market statistics on quarterly basis and to take immediate action on the gaps
• Reporting through IT Systems
• Conduct technical training for loading & unloading of liquids in Customer’s plants
• Troubleshoot technical matters and prepare investigation reports
• Liaise with overseas and network partners on sales related matters
• Work with internal stakeholders – credit controller, finance, administration, operations and customer services

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least a degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience in the food ingredient/chemical/industrial bulk logistics industry
• 3-5 years of commercial experience with proven sales track record
• Good experience in handling major/key accounts
• Good product knowledge in freight forwarding and logistics will be desirable
• Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken)
