Mô tả công việc
1. Managing & planning, controlling production plans and projects related to company and its business.
2. Understanding the customer needs. Receiving orders, transferring information to other departments to produce and prepare goods according to customer requirements
3. Following up production progress, provide information about orders to customers;
4. Carrying out the process of providing products to customers: check prices, make quotations, contracts, orders, delivery schedules, etc.
5. Calculating the materials consumption for each job. Check and reconcile inventory data of raw materials.
6. Responsible for keeping the balance of sub-materials inventory, do the report for opening & closing stock by weekly basic.
7. Planning the material consumption plan and materials purchasing plan based on orders on hand and forecast orders.
8. Managing data of planning, purchasing.
9. Base on orders and production capacity of the factory, make production planning which is most optimal resources of the plant.
10. Interacting with related departments, sections, sales, projects, production, QA-QC...to ensure orders are implemented properly.
11. Track and update production schedule. Co-ordinate and decide the production quantity to meet customer's order & requirement and production capacity.
12. Proposing sales policies, collecting information, analyzing and proposing types and quantities of sales
from time to time for the company to implement a plan to import goods;
13. Making reports on sales business situation, market situation periodically
14. Coordinating with the logistics, accounting and supply department to ensure a fast balance of goods circulation;
15. Monitoring, supervise and urge debt recovery from customers;
16. Strictly complying with the planning regime and report activities according to regulations and requirements;
17. Following up & communicating with customer and understand their demands & requirements on the orders, answer all their questions and provide information regarding the order status or relating issues.

2. Experience of 5 years or more with this position.
3. Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
