- Support the definition and implementation of all sales processes from first touch to collection
- Coordinate external vendor contracting processes with operations and legal team
- Constantly refine our pre-sales opportunity scoring process to help the sales team focus efforts on the best opportunities
- Review, track, analyze and communicate actual performance against plan, forecast and quota
- Responsible for creation and management of opportunities related to product recurring revenue and updating client asset records.
- Be the first line of support to the sales teams
- Interface with finance to ensure a smooth collection process
- Work with marketing to define and implement a streamlined lead generation, scoring and qualification process
- Manage and send the company newsletter and other publications
- Aid in the overall sales onboarding program as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proven work experience as a Sales operation administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
