jOB DESCRIPTION
* Sales & Marketing team management
- Delegate job for team members
- Supervise team members' performance
* Planning
- Plan for sales activity (event, promotion) at beginning of every month
- Report to Director
- Prepare and implement the plan as approved
- Make sure to achieve given target each month
* Cooperate with other teams to carry out all sales activities
- Work with Academic team to plan and prepare for sales activities
* Customer care
- Supervise team members' customer care practice
- Summarize the reports from members to report to Director
- Work with academic team on any feedback of Parents
* Training
- Training new staff
- Attend all training from Head Quarter as requested
* Admin
- Work on team members' working schedule
- Submit any required documents to Head Quarter as requested
- Sales status report update and submit to Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related major.
- Experience in educational industry, especially english center
- Minimum 01 years of experience as Sales & Marketing Team Leader/ Supervisor
- Good communication skills
- Team work
- Good at English
