All Sales & Marketing activities of the company
Territory: Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanamar & Laos
Products & industry segments: Electroplating chemicals, Casting Materials, Jewelry Tech Products, Lab equipment
Main duties:
- Deploying company sales and marketing strategy into regional and industry business plans
- Plan, recruit, train and manage all sales and marketing work forces
- In charge of department’s budget, P&L of sales & marketing
- Directly taking care of Key accounts, new market development
- Supervising Branding & Communication of DC Tech & its partner products
- Report to CEO
Territory: Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanamar & Laos

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- English proficiency. Any additional languages such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Cambodian or Burmese is a plus
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing Management, preferably of both Industrial & other B2B sales
- Experienced working with both Vietnamese and FDI, especially with Korean and Japanese is a plus
- Experienced in sales team management and development
- Marketing & Communication knowledge and experience preferably
- Good analytical, planning and interpersonal skills & strategic sense
