Mô tả công việc
- Manage company's website and integrated tools (Google Analytics, booking system, chat system, mailing system, etc.)
- Manage contents for website and publication (contents marketing, blogs, newsletter, etc.)
- Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Manage online communities & travel channels (TripAdvisors, Lonely Planet, travel blogs, travel portals, travel communities, etc.)
- Implement marketing plans assigned by Sales & Marketing Director
- Develops and implements sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Report daily operation of sales team and marketing team to Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
- Assists other departments within organization to prepare manuals and technical publications.
- Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

- At least three (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience
- Understand adventure tourism business
- Working location: Chay Lap/Phong Nha, Quang Binh
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 - 12:00 and 13:30 - 17:30
- Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00
