Mô tả công việc
- Planning and controlling activities of Sales & Marketing department in Fashion/beauty business
- Predict market situation, thereby orienting Sales & Marketing strategies for each service in the short and long term
- Drive sales excellence through regular reviews of opportunity
- Arrange all sales process to the end customers
- Recruitment, development of team with strategic sales direction
- Look for competitive partners and co-work.
- Advising the Board of Directors of the company to develop a business strategy

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree, giving priority to foreign trade, marketing, Fashion, business administration majors
- Fluent foreign language Speaking (English or Korean) required.
- Good understaniding of trendy Fashion and beauty items.
- Good understanding and experience of the online sales (ex: Facebook, Instagram etc..)
- Creative marketing strategy planning skill
- Skills of communication, persuasion, negotiation;
- Planning and organizing skills;
- Fast and effective situation handling skills;
- Skills of working and operating groups;
- Good understanding beauty and fashion trends (SNS owner preferred)
- Strong time management & organization skills

- 10~15 million VND (depends on skills and experience)
- Over Industry average (It will be decided after establish an official company)
