Mô tả công việc
- Plan the business plan by year / quarter / month and report to the manager
- Coordinate with the support department, lead the Sales team to follow the business objectives of the company.
- Restructure, margin and manage, evaluate Sales & Marketing team performance
- Propose, develop the necessary policy, ensure the development of the work of the Sales Team
- Seek new potnetial customer and allocate them to the Business Team
- Work with partners to expand business
- Meeting regularly and report business results by week / month / quarter / year
- Manage Create and store documentation of customer requirements and feedback content (to be used as background material for future projects).
