Mô tả công việc
I. PURPOSE
To plan, manage all related matters of Sales & Marketing Department to ensure Department strategy and objectives are being achieved within budgeted guidelines and in-coherent with the Company values, standard of work and regulations.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategically plan for the overall objectives and deliverables of Sales & Marketing Department.
• Manage all sales & marketing department employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
• Produce, implements and monitors sales action plans to ensure sales revenue objectives are achieved.
• Manage the standards and procedures of the department, for instance, ensuring that business has been signed prior to commence planning, deposit to be collected prior to the event, manage the rooming list process, etc.
• Monitor, review, report and provide strategic advices to BOD in term of competitor activities and performance.
• Maintain and develop contacts with business generators, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, hotels, corporate accounts.
• Control and analyze Quality levels of product and service, Guest satisfaction, Merchandising and Marketing, cleanliness and hygiene in an effort to ensure optimum performance.
• Oversee the preparation, presentation and service of banquet Food and Beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
• Supervise and coordinates in liaison with related General Manager, F&B Director and the Executive Chef, the pricing and preparation of special/ seasonal menus, and beverages and wine lists by taking into consideration such factors as Local requirements, Market needs, Competition, Trends, Recipes, Potential costs, Availability of Food and Beverage products and Merchandising and promotion.
• Establish and maintain a record system including Files on all related functions, F&B booking, Customer contact file, Sales solicitation program, Menu file, Promotion file, Activities file, and follow-up on business referrals and potential sales leads.
• To propose, initiate, be responsible for all marketing communication strategy including advertising, promotion, public relations, branding & CI.
• Provide strategic assistance to MD in any other Sales & Marketing activities of the Company.

III. REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 3 years relevant experience in similar management role from a 4* standard and above.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Possesses work ethics that exude a high level of understanding of working with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries.
• Possesses character traits that develop the potential of others through coaching and development opportunities.
• Possesses leadership skills and advance analytical skills to clearly resolve conflicts.
• Possesses project management and/or high organizational skill with attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Sales & Catering system.
• Advanced in verbal and written English communication
