Sales & Marketing Manager

Tropic World Paradise is an import/export company focused on agricultural products and live
animals.

We’re importing raw cashew nuts, sesame seeds, coffee, cacao, peanut, hazel nuts, timber and
logs for the Vietnamese market. We also export seafood, cashew nuts, and other agriculture
products from Vietnam to countries like the USA, Europe, India and Japan.

We have the opportunity for Sales Manager and executives to join our team. Your
responsibilities will include:
Perfect position for a professional sales person is ambitious to earn high income every month by making
high volume of outbound calls, and emails to communicate with new clients on a daily basis to offer our
products to buyers in Vietnamese customers and the international market as well and grow the existing
customers. The potential candidate will develop his or her phone and email skills to generate revenues
through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and offer support for existing and
potential buyers. Potential candidate must be ready for frequent visits to meet promising buyers to
close high-volume sales if needed. Must be in position to travel all over Vietnam and Internationally to
meet buyers. attend exhibitions or marketing promotion overseas

LEAD THE SALES TEAM AND MEET SALES TARGET:
- Participate in sales activities such as sales call, emails and customer visit to generate sales and meet monthly sales target
- Establish contacts with potential clients via phone, and email and identify key decision-
makers within companies with regular needs to buy our products
- Identify business opportunities by analyzing prospects and evaluating their positions in the
industry, researching and analyzing sales options
- Negotiate with clients by offering our products while earning market price worthy of our
products
- Negotiate favorable payment terms suitable for our company or in the best interest of our
company.
- Do background check on buyers who want to cooperate with our company
- Prepare contracts, proforma invoices, invoices to clients and follow up payments.
- Provide excellent customer services – handling complaints, developing solutions and
preparing reports
- Report to top management supporting with reports and work log
- Coordinate with office manager to manage the team and meet sales target
- Will travel overseas to meet suppliers and buyers when need

Have minimum 5 years experience in either raw cashew nuts, sesame seeds, coffee, cacao, peanut, hazel nuts, timber and logs for the Vietnamese market.

● Have strong organization skills

● Be flexible and available to work overtime when necessary

● Have strong English and Vietnamese communication skills

● Be highly professional and responsible

● Have analytical thinking and attention to details

● Be self-motivated, hard working, self-discipline and work well in a small team environment

● Have a University Degree is preferred
