Mô tả công việc

*** The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
• Develop business plans to cover sales revenue, and expense controls while meeting agreed targets and objectives; promoting the organization’s presence throughout the Healthcare industry.
• Assist the company in development of annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategies and sales effort); realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program.
• Participate in the whole process of tender for all allocated accounts.
• Prepare sales forecast to facilitate inventory order.
• Prepare and recommend sales budget plans for approval, with particular emphasis on constantly improving on Organization, Goals, Strategies and Measures that will enhance the effectiveness of Field Sales Specialists.
• Be responsible for obtaining pre-determined sales targets and objectives through motivation, direction and development the sales team.
• Be responsible for managing the sales team on a day to day basis using leadership and coaching skills to develop all individual team member’s required competencies, selling skills and product knowledge.
• Provide high standards of ongoing training for the sales representatives so that they possess sufficient medical and technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner.
• Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines of the Medical Vietnamese Code of Conduct.
• Be responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications including sales reports, cycle sales meetings and account plans.
• Personally observe the performance of field representatives in the field on a regular basis.
• Be responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of field representatives to accomplish all objectives.
• Encourage a strong sense of teamwork, good communication, positive morale and co-operation throughout the organization.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Prepare regular reports in a timely.
• Report the task results to General Director and Board of Management.
• Promote the product brands.
• Evaluate the success of each marketing program to figure the P&L and to ensure the marketing program in compliance with company strategy.

• Any other tasks as deemed required by immediate superior or management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

*** Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree (prefer Pharmacy, Medicine or related science graduation)
• Having working experiences at Pharmaceutical big brand companies such as MSD, Pfizer etc. is preferable
• At least 3-5 years working experience in a Sales and Marketing role in original healthcare products

*** Skills and Specifications
• Fluent in English, being good in speaking & writing is a MUST
• Literacy in MS. Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Understanding and good in-depth knowledge in Medical & Healthcare industry
• Good relationship with hospitals
• Excellent in negotiation and market approach
• Good business and financial acumen
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills; positive communication skill; problem-solving skill
• Ability to mentor field personnel and able to build and develop a result oriented and motivated team.
• Ability to work under high pressure & team work spirit
• Ability to travel frequently domestic and outbound
• Self-motivated; Mature; Self-disciplined
• Results-driven
