Job Role:
(A) Sales & Enrolment
• Set monthly targets and objectives for sales team, aligning with company’s targets and objectives
• Achieve growth for the company (through increasing enrolment) and achieve sales targets by successfully managing and
maximizing centre’s potential.
• Design sales incentive compensation programs that provide market-competitive pay, reinforce sales organization
strategy, and align with business and sales organization
• Outdoor and corporate sales
• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling
expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, forecasting projected business
and establishing targeted market share.
• Organize, manage and coordinate sales & marketing activities, including roadshows and campaigns
• Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness
(B) Training
• Lead sales training for sales agents (including the use of Webex & Swivl) on selling techniques and sales process.
• Mentor and develop sales team
• Coordinate with relevant departments on product (Curriculum) training.
• Administer, review and enhance sales and product training programmes, by gathering feedback and evaluating training
outcomes
• Meet sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing an annual budget; and
scheduling expenditures.
• Provide coaching to marketing interns
(C) Assessment & Compliance
• Design and implement assessment systems to diagnose sales force competencies to address gaps.
• Develop sales plans and tools, standard operating procedures and corresponding training programs (on video).
• Manage the sales training follow-up process by closely monitoring performance and compliance of sales agents.
• Coordinate and/or conduct mystery shopping and calls.
• Track sales staff metrics and report data to management on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in business or related field.
• Effectively bilingual in Vietnamese and English
• Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
• Experience in early childhood education industry an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good sales track record
• Focused, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and results driven mentality
• Highly motivated, possess positive attitude, flexible and have excellent organizational skills
• Effectively bilingual in Vietnamese and English
• Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
• Experience in early childhood education industry an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good sales track record
