Sales & Marketing Manager (Ha Noi)

- Design and execute annual sales and marketing plan to promote brand awareness and products to targeted markets (in quarter/half year/full year)
- Lead the Sales and Marketing team to reach the company’s target of Vietnamese new students
- Develop marketing plans, marketing materials and implement marketing campaigns within campus (kids club, seminars, Phonics contest, online campaigns, etc.) to increase school’s brand name and trigger enrollments
- Conduct market survey to understand the market and propose strategic plans
- Develop special courses to meet with parents need and increase center revenue
- Manage and ensure parents’ and students’ satisfaction by controlling service quality and through internal events and activities
- Conduct training for new staff and on-job training for work effectiveness
- Propose and control the budget for S&M

- Bachelor or Master degree in Management/Education or equivalent
- At least 5 years experiences in Sales and Marketing
- Have management skills
- Can work well with a team or individual
- Can create good and active team
- Have experiences in educational environment is plus
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task
