REPORTS TO:General Director
JOB SCOPE:
*To manage sales of the company’s products and services
* To manage marketing budget & activities
*To ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment of sales personnel
*To identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings
JOB DESCRIPTION:
(1) Develop sales strategy and tactics base on company strategy to achieve company budget
(2) Decide sales price policy and promotion plan with Marketing
(3) Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staffs
(4) Manage personnel and develops marketing and marketing support staffs
(5) Review progress of sales roles throughout the company
(6) Set up annual budget, quarterly and monthly target and initiate to achieve those target staffs
(7) Develop specific plans to ensure budget achievement in all company’s products
(8) Appraise all sales staff’s productivity
(9) Propose proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results
(10) Revise all sales policies, practices and procedures to match with environment changing
(11) Establish personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
(12) Develop short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
(13) Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of skill and knowledge
(14) Establish and control budgets for sales promotion
(15) Review expenses and realize cost deduction ideas
(16) Hold regular meeting with sales staff
(17) Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the top management
