Sales & Marketing Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION
– Learn & support to collect product portfolio: product benchmark (excel), product line-up (ppt), product information (words), product launch, product training files, product question list.
– Performing market analysis and research on competition, working with Sales – Marketing Communication team
– Help to build content for traditional and digital channel (Leaflet, Brochure, Sticker, Tent card, FB post, Website article …)
– Follow and support to traditional and digital channel
– Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (telemarketing, digital marketing, social media, direct mail and websites)
– Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems
– Support and coordinate to make job done:
+ Internal: working through other departments (logistic, technical, customer service & accountant)
+ External: support to liaise with suppliers, customers and partners as requested
– Follow, report weekly schedule promotions and calendar
– Prepare promotional presentations
– Support in Marketing campaigns to drive Sales
– Prepare the necessary marketing materials for campaigns/ events
– Supporting the sales & marketing team in daily administrative tasks

JOB REQUIREMENT
– Background in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering (from 3rd year students or fresh graduates with a relevant major)
– Be honest, hard-working, devoted and self – motivated
– Have eager to learn and good attitudes
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Good command of English and Vietnamese
– Work effectively in diverse working environment (both in team and individually with locals and foreigners)
– Good MS Office (Power point and Excel skills)
– Graphics designing skills is a plus
– Good in English translation in words, organizational skills, time management skills
