Mô tả công việc
MEDIA & ADVERTISING
- Seek and suggest ways of promoting and improving business;
- Suggest written article, news, press release, visual material of Odyssea and hotels for distribution to media to support potential editorial;
- Handle website & Facebook content including; creation, correction, adjustment; etc…
- Monitor Odyssea website & Facebook to ensure all information, photo, content, facilities are updated;
- Analytics marketing campaigns through Social Media data & report results.
ADMINISTRATION
- Be highly confidential in all matters relating to properties, company and office matters;
- Ensure procedures established for the department are strictly adhered to in relation to attention to detail, presentation of work, working deadlines and punctuality;
- Translate to English and sometime check Vietnamese wording to make sure it’s well in publicity;
- Assist in paper works, projects such as presentation slides, SOP, typing, translating document, etc…
- Attend sales meetings as scheduled;
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduated.
- Solid knowledge of marketing and hospitality industry;
- Proficiency in computer skill: MS Office, Internet;
- Strong in communication, presentation skills;
- Creative and strong planning skills;
- Language: fluent in Vietnamese and English (both spoken and written).
