Sales & Marketing Executive (HCM & HN Office)

Basic Purpose of Position:
A sales and marketing executive has three primary responsibilities:
1. Researching the market and related products.
2. Presenting the product in a structured professional way
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Major Responsibilities:
A. Conduct researching the market and related products.
B. Attend to sales enquiries/ cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
C. Checking of Sale & Purchase Agreement and other related documents.
D. Maintains and develop relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit….
E. Sales monitoring & follow-up
F. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
G. Other assignments:

Back up duty for team member who absent

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
A. Before Employment
• Holder of University Degree related disciplines
• English Communication for both speaking & writing at B level or equal
• Pass the Entry Test/ Interview (if any)
• 1 or 2 years of well-rounded sales and marketing experience

B. After Probation
• Understand the business and internal system within 6 months
• Be able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate experience in assuming overall responsibility.
• Foster relationship with customers
