Mô tả công việc
To be in charge of daily activities of Sales & marketing task, includes but not limited to followings:
• Preparing quotations and process purchase orders from customers.
• Writing company letters, company brochures and similar documents.
• Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits.
• Assisting with promotional activities.
• Visiting customers.
• Helping to organize market research.
• Supporting marketing executives in organizing various projects.
• Maintaining good relationships with existing customers.
• Responsible for account retention of new customers to achieve monthly target.
• Maintain the up-to-date database of customers.
• Coordinate on the collection and credit-related matters.
• Support distribution of marketing materials.
• Draft contracts and sales related paperwork upon request from Business Development Manager/BOD, including translations (EN-VN).
• Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 1 years of experience in equivalent position.
• Proactive with positive attitude, friendly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good attention to details.
• University graduated.
• Good English verbal & written.
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge on ERP is a plus.
• Under 30 years old.
