_ Development and Implementation of Sales & Marketing Strategies for a pre-opening property
_ Financial Acumen – Reporting, Analytics, Pricing, Market Intelligence while maximizing profitability, forecasting and revenue management strategies.
_ Revenue Management - Collaborate with Revenue Manager to evaluate business opportunities to include but not limited to configuration and compliance of optimization tools to provide pricing and inventory guidance to all sellers.
_ Customer Interactions – Relationship building, negotiations and site inspections.
_ Field Marketing – Engage Field Marketing and support teams to leverage relevant positioning/perspective and the team’s intimate consumer knowledge available via this discipline.
_ Resort Marketing – Development and management of all property collateral including websites, photography, brochures, sales kits, and restaurant pieces.
_ Social Media & Public Relations – Key stakeholder in property reputation management through these emerging platforms.
_ Revenue Opportunities – Work with sales team to review, analyze and collaborate on previously unexplored revenue opportunities.
_ Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.
_ Develop relationships with key business customers and foster new business opportunities.
_ Expenditure Monitoring of budgets: To monitor the sales expenditure budgets and ensure proper usage of the funds allocated for sales activities.
_ Implementing Standard Reporting Process: Introduce and Implement all standard reporting and monitoring processes. Train individual Team Members for correct understanding and alignment with standard systems to be followed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in the same position
For pre-opening based in Nha Trang. Later based in HCMC
Experience in team management, leadership…
Strong motivational, innovative and interpersonal skills.
Financial management and strategic planning skills.
Good at Microsoft office and excellent in English are a must.
