Mô tả công việc

Deputy General Director, Sales
Working Location: mainly in Ho Chi Minh and Long An

A. Objectives:
Be responsible for managing and achieving the sales targets of whole aftermarket & new sales team for automotive & Industrial lubricants

B. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Make Sales strategy and planning for monthly/quarterly/yearly, then arrange and supervise for implementation.
2. Maintain and develop the relationship of existing customers.
3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
5. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team;
6. Manage costs related to sales activities according to company rules.
7. Build up, maintain and develop relationship with customers & dealers.
8. Co-ordinate with related departments (Sales support team, Accounting,…) to maximize GP (gross profit) and minimize late delivery or late payment with customers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Age: 35 – 50.
2. Gender: Male is preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree required
4. At least 10 years sales experience & at least 05 years’ experience of sales management position.
5. Having experience in sales for those industries: Lubricants, Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, FMCG,,,, etc.
6. Having sales experience for lubricants products is the Top priority
7. Proven ability in budgeting and planning for sales.
8. Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
9. Strong presentation skills required
10. Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
11. Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and Korea.
12. Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
