Sales & Marketing Director (Foreign Real Estate)

• Establishing objective, short term & long term business strategies and making action plans to implement;
• Managing Sales department in order to reach sales target according to Company's Business Plan
• Analyzing Sales and Marketing trend, revenue and profit results and comparing with competitors;
• Extending relationship with potential partners, investors, customers and VIP clients;
• Updating Market information, competitions weekly, make the market reports and prepare relevant proposals to BOD;
• Ensure and maintain a professional working culture for in-house sales team;
• Supervising operation of department for following the right orientation of the Company;
• Evaluating work result of Sales and Marketing weekly, quarterly, yearly reports.

• Fluent English;
• +15 years-experience in Real Estate industry;
• Broad knowledge and experience in practices of Sales & Marketing activities for real estate products, especially luxury or large international complex residential and commercial product;
• Ability to manage multiple transaction within a high-paced environment and international mind-set;
• Must exhibit advanced business development skills and networking;
• Have experience and ability to be consultant regarding to the design of Real estate project based on the market trend, customer needs...
