*** Position Summary:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Directs a sales team and provides leadership with Sales Manager towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
*** Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Broad responsibility and leadership for all division marketing, sales and customer service functions. Supervise sales and marketing division.
*** Essential Functions:
Provide leadership expertise in providing efficient and focused sales and marketing strategies so as to achieve the Group’s strategy, growth and profit objectives.
*** Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on monthly and annual basis.
2. Research & collect marketing information (market size of each segment, our market share & sell out volume from distributor etc.)
3. Oversee collecting information of 3C (Customer’s new trend, behavior & tendency competitor’s products & action, our Company’s products & action etc.) analyze, make proposal of problem solving.
4. Establish time line and goals for achieving the Marketing Plan.
5. Identifies technology, growth trends, competitive factors and forecasts in market segments.
6. Provides timely, competitive pricing & discount promotion on all products, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. And review the result for improvement.
7. Creates attractive marketing programs and evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product quality to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
8. Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies and submit to the Sales Manager.
9. Collect Debt timely in manner
10. Keep good communication & relation with other departments.
11. Keep good relationship with distributors & dealers.
12. Controls Sales & marketing expenses to meet budget guidelines
13. Appraise the performance of the Sales & Marketing department members.
14. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
15. Any other duties assigned by Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
*** Job Specifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in sales or marketing field requiring frequent customer interaction; 3 to 5 years of the above experience in supervision of professional sales people.
• Extensive sales experience in stationery or other industry which have similar distribution structure of stationery business (Experience in FMCG is an advance)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and written/verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and team building skills.
· PC literate (MS Office)
· Domestic and foreign travel as needed.
• English skill (enough for business communication)
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Strong understanding of business theory & frame work..
• Honesty, Sincerity, Business moral
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
