Mô tả công việc
- Sale support: Support Sale Executive/Manager on whole sale processes such as:
+ Send proposal, information to customers
+ Make contracts, translate, follow up with customers for any updates on contracts
+ Inform & coordinate with other departments related to contracts
+ Research, compare products of other competitors
+ Suggest, feedback to improve sale product
+ Make report about sale by monthly, quarterly, yearly or requests
- Marketing coordinator
o Event
+ Contribute, suggest ideals for marketing event
+ Create, update event calendar
+ Follow up contracts, suppliers, logistics, partners, attendances ... related to events
+ Attend, follow up before, during & after events
+ Make report about event
o Communication
+ Translate articles/posts
+ Display all information insite clinic and required outside venues.
+ Upload to website, social media & other platforms
+ Answer, support customers on social media, phone, email & other channels about services
+ Delivery & support all information to other departments
o Customer feedback
+ Send, follow requests to ask feedbacks from customers
+ Analysis, make report base on customers’ feedbacks
+ Suggest, proposal to improve services
- Admin: Support Sale, Marketing team in all logistics, admin
o Stock management:
+ Check currently stock
+ Report to all sale, marketing team about current stock
+ Manage suppliers
+ Ask & compare quotations
+ Make, follow up stock order
o Follow up with other marketing admin: stationary ...
+ Send proposal, information to customers
