Mô tả công việc
* Main responsibilities:
- Daily marketing support
+ Check availability of equipment and arrange equipment for workshops
+ Translate letter & documents related to sponsor.
+ Update the inquiries from Congress/Workshop
- Daily sales support
+ Prepare sales documents (Catalogue, letter…)
+ Translate catalogue into Vietnamese language
+ Support preparing tender documents
+ Follow the purchasing orders status
- Daily marketing support
+ Check availability of equipment and arrange equipment for workshops

+ Update the inquiries from Congress/Workshop
- Daily sales support
+ Prepare sales documents (Catalogue, letter…)
+ Translate catalogue into Vietnamese language

* Requirements：
- Good English skill (Fluent in speaking and writing in business)
- Basic skill for Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT
- Friendly, patient and supportive to colleagues
