Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager

- Responsible for short and long term departmental planning;
- Participate in the recruiting, training, and development of department employees;
※ For food and vegetables, chicken and pork meat processing.
- Manage financial aspects of the operation including budgeting, forecasting, purchasing and inventory controls;
Build up marketing budget plan(Yearly, quarterly, monthly and by campaign)
- Monitor and control budget plan regularly to ensure sufficient support to the business while keep marketing budget efficient;
※ For the chicken and port, vegetables.
- Search and find new buyer and share it with manager;
※ For the chicken and port, vegetables.
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategy and plan in accordance with marketing strategy and sales target;
- Coordinate with related agency(creative, PR, Event...) to develop and run the campaigns;
- Work closely with sales team in the filed(if nay) to create effective ways to push sales at trade level and consumer level;
- If have some promotions and campaigns, supervise development and action plan of all activities, analyze effectiveness and report;
- Plan & organize corporate event relating to launching new product/promotion;
- Support team members in development professional skills & achieve assigned targets in terms of timing, quality of work;
- Support the team manager;
- Support the director(G. director).

[Qualifications & Experience.]

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing in the same field markets, Preferably in Ho Chi Minh City;
- Solid experience in marketing, branding, distribution sales support for industries, Preferably meat(Chicken & pork) processing,
fried chicken shop's sales and purchasing divisions.
- Strong exposure in digital/online marketing is an advantage language;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
