We are looking for a responsible Sales & Marketing Assistant to perform a variety of tasks to support Business Development, Marketing and Projects in Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Goal: To deliver, achieving, outperforming the Sales Target set by:
• Being responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/individual sales opportunities
• Actively upselling & cross-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunities
• Achieving personal and team related revenue goals
2. MARKETING
Goal: To support, executing actitivities to improve Marketing Communication performances by:
• Supporting in building up the brand, service/product awareness among targeted customers
• Driving customer loyalty by delivering customer service excellence
• Supporting in developing new markets, new products
• Supporting in implementing marketing communications activities as plans
3. PROJECT SUPPORT
Goal: To provide needed support proactively to drive assigned internal projects to its objectives, goals, target.
- Carry out specific projects and researches as requested
- Offer needed support to other team in terms of marketing communication or sales
- Support projects and service delivery

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University graduate (related course is preferred)
• 01 - 03 year(s) experience with similar roles
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese communication
• Interested in working with people, service industry
• Proactive and workable under high pressure
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Strong ability to work independently
• Tech-savvy
