Mô tả công việc

- LOCATION: Head Office, HCMC
- CONDITIONS (hours etc): 8.30am to 5.30 pm from Mon - Fri and 9.00-12.30 Saturday
- DIRECTLY REPORTING TO: Head of Sales & Business Development

***PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
The purpose of the Sales & BD Supervisor role is to monitor performances (annual targets) and maintain growth of existing and potential DMC markets (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar). The person need to be able to plan, carry out and monitor sales activities in order to meet sales targets (revenue, occupancy, sales activities, new accounts, etc.).

The sales person should have proven experience in sales of (luxury & hospitality) products via various distribution channels and marketing activities. Experience in working with sales partners on a strategic level is an advantage.

* Sales activities
• Being responsible for the local DMC markets in Southeast Asia (predominantly the region the company operates) in terms of business development and maintaining business relation with new & existing accounts
• Plan, manage and monitor own sales activities (sales calls, telecalls, leads, follow-ups etc.)
• Monitor account performances periodically and share observations / activities with HOD
• Handling of proposals (FIT/GIT/Charters/Series) independently
• Monitor sales team member(s) in the single DMC markets
• Support in the annual / quarterly sales planning for the assigned DMC market
• Any duties and tasks assigned by DOSM / HBD

* Reporting
• weekly and monthly sales report, adhoc reports

* Team work
- Be active in work plan and assist Operation/Reservation team to follow up guest requirements
- Improve internal communication with team to create a good relationship
- Willing to assist Operation/Sales team at any time needed even not being asked.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Tertiary studies in tourism Hospitality, Economics or Business preferred
- Knowledge of tourism, geography, foreign cultures

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2-3 year working experience in (hospitality) sales
- Mind-set of a sales person: analytic, conceptual, highly organized, pro-active, decisive
- Able to understand complex matters and lay out solutions.

SKILLS
- Excellent – Written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Very good - MS Office (Word ,Excel, Outlook, Power point)
- Very good – Communication (written and spoken)
- Basic – reservation and CRM systems
- A good team worker with an open personality and fresh spirit
