Sales & Administrative Executive -- Chinese Speaking

Aerotechnic Asia is a stockist and distributor of Aircraft parts (rotables, consumables, hardware).
Our customers are Airlines and MROs located in many countries in the Asia/Pacific region.
We have partners in France, the USA, the UAE, and South Africa ... with whom we closely work with, in order to expand our business.

We are a small team of 20 people working closely together (Sales department, Purchasing dpt, Store dpt, and Accounting dpt)

This Sales Executive role is challenging and complete, and will have a focus on the CHINESE MARKET.
We expect the people in this department to:

- develop a relationship with existing and new customers
- use our company's software [Spare Parts Manager - SPM] to quote aircraft parts to our customers.
- do a sourcing job when parts are unknown and develop a relationship with new potential suppliers.
- work closely with the Purchasing department and the Store department people.
- help with the stock build-up strategy.
- monitor statement of accounts of the customers.

This Sales Executive position requires flexibility, pro-activity, and the ability to work under pressure.

We need a person who:

- speaks good English and Chinese, and has a bit of phone skills (can understand and be understood when speaking over the phone).
- can clearly and quickly explain situations to management, and solve problems.
- can easily get along and work with an international team with people who have a different culture (need to be open-minded and flexible)
- is not afraid to speak his/her mind
- is confident and pro-active
- is interested to work in an International environment

We do not necessarily require the candidates to have previous experiences, but we are looking for people who are super motivated + well-spoken in English and Chinese.
